Traditional Olives

The Traditional Olives are one of our specialities. With a fine skin and plenty of flesh, the secret is in the marinade, which is based on water, salt and vinegar. Made using traditional methods, small pieces of lemon, garlic and thyme are added to create a unique flavour. They are conserved in brine to prevent fermentation.
