FRUDIAZ S.L. is a family company which was founded in 1990. It is located in the heart of La Mancha, in the town of ALMAGRO, in the province of Ciudad Real.

We focus on the traditional production of typical products from the Mancha region, such as Almagro Aubergines in all its varieties: Marinated, Stuffed, Diced and Hearts, Different-flavoured Olives (Manzanilla sherry, Anchovy, Aubergine, and more), Pickled Cocktail Sticks and other pickles such as gherkins, onions, chillies, garlic, cauliflower and much more.

The production process starts right at the point where the vegetables are grown, selecting only the best quality product. The traditional production process then begins, with optimal hygiene ensured in each and every phase involved in this process.

All our products are made under our brand name LA ENCAJERA DE ALMAGRO or under the brand name of our large establishment customers.

Our factory boasts the most advanced technology, while still being able to stay true to the traditional production process thanks to the talent of our skilled workers.

Frudiaz SL, together with other local companies, are the only ones in this country who hold the Protected Geographical Indication Certificate for Almagro Aubergines.
